Delivery of Your Order:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being processed. Delivery to the US will take between 12-14 business days delivered to your door. Those who have not received their orders after 14 business days should notify us for immediate tracking. If your order is not received to your satisfaction, contact us and we will remedy the problem at once.

Cancellations:
All cancellations of your order must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
